About the Role

  • Local, regional and linehaul work across our North Queensland depots (Cairns, Innisfail, Townsville, Mackay & Rockhampton)

  • Operate a modern, well-maintained fleet, including crane truck configurations

  • Work with an experienced team in an established and growing transport business

  • Early starts — typically 2:30am–3:00am

Essential Requirements

  • Current [MC / HC] licence

  • Heavy vehicle driving experience, including Road Ranger transmissions

  • Strong safety record and commitment to compliance

  • Willing to complete a pre-employment medical (coordinated through WHA)

  • Available for early starts and 40 guaranteed hours per week

  • Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

Desirable (or willingness to obtain)

  • Current CV/Crane, Doggers, LF/Forklift & White Card tickets — unlocks the $10,000 Retention Bonus below

  • BFM Accreditation

  • Sound load restraint knowledge and practical experience

What We Offer

  • MC Truck Driver — $46.00/hr

  • $10,000 Retention Bonus (first 12 months) for Experienced MC Crane Truck Drivers with CV, Doggers & White Card Tickets. It is desirable to hold CV (Crane), DG (Dogging), LF (Forklift), and White Card tickets for crane positions and LF (Forklift), and White Card tickets

  • All driver roles guaranteed 40 hours per week

  • All driver roles get 2 x 30-minute paid breaks per day

Limited availability — only while the current key crane driving roles remains open.

  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week + 2 x 30-minute paid breaks daily
