The Opportunity We're looking for an Administrator to join our growing team, supporting our Head of HR & Finance and wider leadership team.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and takes pride in getting things done. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring the team has what they need to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day admin support to the Head of HR & Finance and senior leaders
Office Coordination: Support general office operations, including supplies, organisation, and ensuring a smooth-running environment
Purchase & Sales Order Processing: Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately and promptly.
Invoicing: Raise and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
Expenses Management: Process and track employee expenses, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Document Management: Prepare, update, and maintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentation
Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with calendar management, meetings, and internal coordination
General Support: Act as a go-to person for ad hoc tasks, ensuring things are followed through and completed efficiently
Process Support: Assist with internal systems and processes to keep operations running smoothly
What You'll Need to Succeed
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (or strong transferable skills)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated - someone who takes ownership and follows things through
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general business systems
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
