This is a confidential project focused on improving how healthcare is delivered through new systems, processes, and technology.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HDU / ICU Nurse to join us in a part-time advisory capacity.

This is not a clinical shift role.

Instead, you’ll work alongside a project team to provide real-world insight into:

• What works in high-dependency environments

• What doesn’t

• How new technology and processes can be improved

Key Details:

• 1 day per week (flexible)

• Can be split across 2 half days

• Sydney CBD (some flexibility)

• Casual /Part-time engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insight into HDU / ICU workflows and patient care environments
• Advise on new healthcare technology and processes
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams
• Contribute to shaping practical, real-world healthcare solutions

About You

• Registered Nurse with HDU, ICU, or critical care experience
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and patient care environments
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidently communicating your insights and experience
• Interested in innovation and improving healthcare systems
• Based in Sydney
