The Role
We're looking for a practical, hands-on Warehouse Operative / Trade Assistant to support daily workshop and warehouse activities. If you enjoy physical work, learning new skills and being part of a reliable, down-to-earth team, this role will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with preparation, assembly and presentation of generators, lighting towers and equipment
• Work within a skilled workshop team and develop new technical skills
• Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
• Complete routine documentation including safety checks and process forms
• Assemble, package and label components after manufacture or re-work
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for despatch
• Receive, sort and store incoming parts and consumables
• Assist with pre-delivery tasks (fuel filling, battery installation, labels, fire extinguishers, basic fit-ups)
• Support job preparation within the Operations Department
• General housekeeping and warehouse organisation
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in a warehouse, assembly, labouring or trade assistant role
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work (able to safely lift up to 20kg)
• A current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Team-focused mindset and willingness to help where needed
• Basic computer skills for simple documentation and warehouse systems
• Ability to reliably commute to Minto
