The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Revesby team. This is a full-time, office-based role that sits at the heart of our operations, providing critical support to our sales team and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
You'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly - from managing orders and coordinating deliveries to maintaining our CRM system and liaising with customers. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team
Own and manage Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Process and coordinate customer orders from receipt through to dispatch
Liaise directly with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries
Coordinate with finance, purchasing, warehouse, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Manage stock allocation and dispatch scheduling to meet customer requirements
Verify delivery documentation and ensure all records match physical stock movements
Process invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and update Sales Order Progress reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Produce weekly stock-on-hand reports for customer distribution
Provide tracking details and proactive delivery updates to customers
Support the business with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What You'll Need to Be Successful
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales coordination, internal sales, or similar administrative support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred
Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to build effective working relationships across departments
Customer service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and "gets it done" attitude
Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Experience in industrial, technical, or B2B environments advantageous
Must be based close to Revesby for daily office attendance
