Esco Industries is a well-established Australian manufacturer supplying electrical infrastructure solutions into healthcare and critical environments. With national growth underway, we’re hiring a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead expansion across WA, SA and VIC.

The Role

Based in Perth, you will manage a national territory across WA, SA, and VIC.

You will:

• Develop and grow relationships with Tier 1 & 2 electrical contractors.

• Influence consultants and architects at the design stage to secure the specification.

• Drive new business across healthcare and critical infrastructure projects.

• Own your pipeline end-to-end using Salesforce.

• Work closely with National Sales Leadership to execute growth strategy.

This is not a maintenance role. This is about securing new project wins.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven BDM experience within the electrical trade channel

• Active contractor relationships developed within the last 12 months

• Experience selling into healthcare or complex infrastructure projects is highly regarded

• Strong commercial mindset and CRM discipline

• Ability to manage a multi-state territory independently
