Esco Industries is a well-established Australian manufacturer supplying electrical infrastructure solutions into healthcare and critical environments. As we accelerate national growth, we’re hiring a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead expansion across VIC, SA and WA.

This is a high-impact role focused on securing large-scale project wins, not account maintenance.

The Role

Based in Melbourne, you will manage a multi-state territory across VIC, SA and WA.

You will:

• Strengthen and expand relationships with Tier 1 & 2 electrical contractors

• Secure project specification by engaging consultants and architects early

• Identify and convert new healthcare and critical infrastructure opportunities

• Own your pipeline end-to-end using Salesforce

• Drive strategic territory growth alongside National Sales Leadership

This role suits a commercially mature BDM confident in managing long-cycle, high-value deals across multiple states.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven BDM experience within the electrical trade channel

• Active contractor relationships developed within the last 12 months

• Experience selling into healthcare or complex infrastructure environments is highly regarded

• Strong CRM discipline

• Ability to prioritise and manage a national territory independently
