The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and capable Project Manager to take the reins on multiple commercial fencing projects across QLD. This is a chance to step into a leadership role where you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality fencing installations - from planning and procurement through to execution and handover.

This is a great role for someone with a background in construction project management, ideally in fencing or carpentry, who’s ready to take ownership of their projects and contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing end-to-end delivery of commercial fencing projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard

• Coordinating and scheduling multiple site teams

• Preparing and managing purchase orders and cost reports

• Ensuring compliance with Australian Safety Standards

• Monitoring financial performance and achieving >25% gross profit on projects

• Partnering with site managers to manage budgets and resolve issues

• Maintaining accurate documentation and project records

• Using SimPRO and MS Office applications to manage workflows and reporting

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Trade qualification or tertiary degree/diploma in construction or building

• Current White Card (Construction Safety Induction)

• 2–5 years’ experience in commercial construction (fencing or carpentry highly regarded)

• Proven project management experience delivering projects over $100k

• Strong understanding of site management, safety, and project scheduling

• Experience leading and coordinating site teams

• Familiarity with SimPRO and ability to prepare cost reports

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to quality
