The Role

You'll deliver accredited training in conservation, horticulture, and landscape construction to students building real careers. Based at Milton campus with regular travel to Logan, North Gold Coast, Ipswich, and Toowoomba for workplace assessments.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver and assess training across conservation, horticulture, and landscape construction
• Facilitate both classroom and workplace-based learning
• Support students through practical, engaging activities that build genuine competency
• Maintain RTO compliance and assessment standards
• Contribute to our positive learning environment
  

What you need
Essential:

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years post-trade industry experience in conservation, horticulture, or landscape construction
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia
  

Desirable:

• Chemical Certificate
• White Card
• Chainsaw operations experience
• Prior training or mentoring experience
