We're seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our growing team in providing life-changing dementia care to many of New York's most discerning families.

What You'll Do
Management, Administration & Leadership (60-70%)
- Oversee the delivery of homecare for the New York operation, sustaining both quality of care and a concierge level of customer service
- Lead a Client Services team that includes registered nurses, care managers (non-clinical), and care coordinators in a collaborative, high-standards environment
- Oversee case assignments to maintain equitable, balanced caseloads across the team
- Build deep, trusting relationships with our clients and their families; serve as a point of escalation for any questions or concerns
- Function as the primary clinical decision-maker, providing the continuity our growing practice needs
- Identify opportunities for innovation that enhance person-centered care for people living with dementia
- Ensure full compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations for our Licensed Home Care Services Agency
- Spreadhead quality improvement initiatives
- Support growth efforts by attending community events, both as a participant and as a presenter / thought leader
- Lead clinical orientation and training for new team members
- Participate in 24/7 remote on-call rotation for urgent clinical decisions
Fieldwork (30-40%)
- Conduct in-home clinical assessments for our elite clientele
- Develop and revise individualized care plans
- Manage complex cases requiring discretion and sophisticated clinical judgment
- Maintain regular communication with families and healthcare stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Active New York State RN license (non-negotiable)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams—you'll need to hit the ground running
- Passion for dementia care—this is our specialty and requires a genuine calling
- Strong regulatory knowledge (NYS DOH experience strongly preferred)
- Concierge-caliber interpersonal skills for working with sophisticated, high-profile families
