What you’ll be responsible for

• Support daily team operations and ensure all work meets contracts, KPIs, and compliance rules.
• Build strong relationships with claimants, adjusters, therapists, and trades to help resolve claims fairly.
• Review policies, inspect properties, and prepare accurate project quotes within budget and deadlines.
• Manage resources, coordinate trades, and work with others to deliver quality projects smoothly.
• Identify risks, report incidents, provide first aid, and follow all safety regulations.

What you’ll need to be successful

• Experience with home modifications, building assessments, insurance claims, and building codes; trade background and licenses preferred.
• Comfortable working with children and vulnerable people, with required clearances and focus on safety and compliance.
• Able to lead subcontractors, manage tasks, inspect properties, and use estimating tools and software.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools in a fast-paced, adaptive team environment.
