What you’ll be responsible for
Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and hospital project teams.
Provide technical support and drive project-based sales in healthcare and commercial sectors.
Prepare proposals, attend site meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Track market trends and meet sales targets and KPIs.
What you’ll need to be successful
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred) with 3–5 years’ sales experience in electrical, medical, or infrastructure sectors.
Skilled in working with construction stakeholders like consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
Strong knowledge of switchgear, cabling, and medical electrical systems; able to read technical drawings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and tender systems; holds a valid NZ driver’s license and is open to travel.
