What You'll Be Doing
Cultivating and managing relationships with electrical consultants, contractors, hospital project teams, and specifiers.
Providing expert technical support and application advice on Esco’s electrical and medical infrastructure solutions.
Driving project-based sales in healthcare and commercial construction.
Delivering tailored quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
Collaborating with internal design, engineering, and operations teams to meet customer needs.
Attending site meetings, project tenders, and industry events to showcase Esco’s capabilities.
Keeping an ear to the ground on market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines.
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred).
3–5 years’ experience in electrical, medical, or infrastructure sales.
Proven ability to navigate and influence construction project stakeholders (consultants, contractors, facility managers).
Strong technical understanding of switchgear, cabling, containment, and/or medical electrical systems.
Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and tender response processes.
